Executive Chef Katerina, from Italian heritage, came to the United States in 1999 to follow her passion for food. Trained in New York City, she graduated as both a Culinary Arts and Pastry Chef. Her career includes time at the prestigious New York Times award-winning The Frog and the Peach, where she honed her craft. Today, she blends skill, creativity, and hospitality to make Monticello a true dining destination.
